Welcome to Better Call John LLC! By requesting services, purchasing products, or visiting this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

Better Call John LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) provides a variety of personal, creative, and repair services, including—but not limited to— small engine and power tool repair, clothing repair, computer services, graphic design, streaming, and upcycling of scrap materials.
All services are performed personally and locally within Crown Point, Indiana, unless otherwise stated.

2. Service Area

At this time, I only offer physical repair and delivery services within Crown Point, Indiana.
Requests outside this area will not be accepted unless specifically approved in writing.

3. Communication & Scheduling

All jobs should be scheduled through the contact form or by direct email. Please provide as much detail as possible about your project, including photos and any deadlines.
Scheduling is based on availability, and estimated completion times are subject to change based on workload and part availability.

4. Payment & Deposits

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Some custom or material-intensive projects may require a deposit before work begins.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed on invoices or discussed at time of booking.

  • All sales are final once the service or product has been delivered.

5. Repairs and Custom Work

  • I do my best to repair, restore, or customize items to the best of my ability using safe, reliable methods.

  • Because every job is unique, no guarantees or warranties are made beyond reasonable workmanship.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about any equipment, materials, or special requirements.

  • If a repair cannot be completed safely, I reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please contact me as soon as possible.
Deposits, if applicable, may not be refundable once materials or time have been committed.

7. Liability

Better Call John LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or preexisting conditions of an item.

  • Injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of repaired items.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

All work is performed on a best-effort basis with care, safety, and transparency.

8. Digital and Creative Work

All designs, graphics, or digital materials created remain the intellectual property of Better Call John LLC unless full rights are explicitly transferred in writing.
You may use delivered graphics for personal or business purposes as agreed, but not for resale without permission.

9. Privacy

Any personal information shared through this website or during service communication (such as name, address, or contact info) will only be used for communication, scheduling, and completing your requested services.
Your data will never be sold or shared.

10. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the site or services means you accept any updates.
